File Setup

• Remove template layers before submitting artwork
• Outline text (Ctrl+Shift+O)
• Make sure all files are in CMYK mode
• Rich Black:
  Cyan: 40 Magenta 30 Yellow: 20 Black: 100
• Transparencies: 
  Rastersize or Flatten at 300 to 1200 DPI
• Bleed:
  A 1/8" bleed is required for all files.  To ensure important text/elements are preserved, keep them inside the safe zone (1/8" from the trim area).
• Borders:
  If a border is too close to the cut line it may be cut off center. Even though the machines are perfectly aligned to the paper a slight shift still may occur during the trimming.
